2) 역삼투(R/O) SYSTEM

- 수질기준 : 음용수 기준에 적합 (TDS : 50PPM이하)   - 회 수 율 : 50% 이상

4) 운전시간 (Operating Time)    - 평균 22hr/day 기준 (장비점검 시간별도)

    - 처리수 저장탱크가 만수가 되었을 경우 시스템은 자동으로 정지되므로

      실제 운전시간은 사용량에 따라 달라진다.

5) 운전방법 (Operating Method)

- 조작 : 설비는 정상 가동 시 자동으로 운전되어야 한다.

- 교대운전 : 본 설비는 중요부분인 전처리 SYSTEM 과 R/O SYSTEM이

직렬로 구성되며, 설비 운전 시 사용자가 임의적으로 선택하여 운전할

수 있다. (설계시 옵션사항)

9. 규격 및 표준

- 적 용 : 본 시설에 적용되는 규격은 한국공업표준(KS)을 원칙으로

하며 일부 재료 및 제품은 JIS, ASTM을 적용한다.

- 설계 및 작업 기준

1) 재 질

   - 기기의 제작 및 설치에 사용되는 재료는 그 재료의 강도,

연성 내구성 등이 사용목적에 적합하고 또한 현재 사용되는 것 중 가장 우수한 것으로 선택한다.

재료는 다음의 요구사항에 따르는 것으로 한다

5) 밸브 및 배관부품 : 밸브 및 배관부품은 유체 종류와 사용조건에 적합하게 설치하며,

긴급하게 개폐를 요하는 장소에 설치되는 밸브는 긴급조작이 가능하도록 한다.

6) 보온 : 보온은 동파나 인명보호 등을 고려하여 시공한다.

보온재는 배관의 모양에 맞도록 적절한 크기로 절단하며, 빈 공간은 같은 종류의 보온재로

채우고 배관 밴드와 같은 부위의 면을 느슨하게 하여서는 안 된다.

보온재의 연결부위는 완전하게 밀폐가 되도록 주의하여 절단하며

세로로 설치되는 보온재는 흘러내리지 않도록 한다.

7) 용접

   - 모재의 준비작업 : 용접으로 연결되는 부위는 기계가공, 연마 또는 가열용해에 의해 절단되는데,

가열 용해에 의해 절단될 경우 루즈 스케일이 제거되어야 하며, 날카롭게 절단된 부분은 용접시

적절한 용융이 될 수 있도록 연마를 하여 무디게 한다. 또한 용접면에는 기름,

윤활유 스케일 녹 등이 없어야 한다.

   - 작업의 관리 : 용접은 비드가 일정해야 하며 용접 비드 위에 존재하는 슬러지,

플럭스는 반드시 제거하여야 한다.

또한 결합부에서 취성 발생의 가능성이 있는 경우에는 예열 혹은 풀림 처리 등을 하여야한다.

또한 용접봉은 모재와 기계적 성질이 같아야 하며 용접작업은

완전하고 일정하게 투입과 용융이 이루어져야 한다.

   - 볼트 및 너트 : 볼트를 체결하는 Hole 및 중심간의 거리는 정확히 가공하고 가공부위는

매끈하게 작업해야 하고 필요한 부분에는 로링와샤를 사용하여 진동이나 충격,

기타 외부 조건에 견딜 수 있어야 하며, 재질은 스테인레스 스틸을 사용해야 한다.

   - 표면처리 : 표면처리가 필요한 기구 및 장치에는 부식에 대한 최적보호를 위해

8) 도장

   - 일반사항 : 도장은 페인트의 희석방법, 희석률, 사용기간, 건조시간, 안전상황 등을 준수하여야 한다.

도장재료는 도료 제조업자의 지시에 따라 보존하며, 모든 도료는 손상되지 않은 원래의 밀봉된 용기로 작업장에 운반한다.

도장 후 건조되지 않은 제품은 도장을 위한 위치변동을 제외하고는 운반이나 선적하지 않는다.
